It's easy to see that Channing is gorgeous and once you get to know her, you find out that she's just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She's one of those people that carries an air of joy with her everywhere she goes. Her smile lights up a room. She was a beautiful bride this past weekend at Spirit Ranch in Lubbock, TX and it was an honor to get to know her and Josiah during their engagement. I know that they have nothing but happy years in front of them!
Read MoreI photographed this sweet family back in November of last year and I was soooo happy to see them again - this time in the heat of June! The timing ended up being quite perfect. Heather (mom) emailed me the day of their shoot because her 89 year old grandfather recently flew in from Iowa. She wanted to see if he could be in a couple of their family photos. I said, "Of course!!" What a wonderful, amazing opportunity for them. I was so happy to be able to capture that photo for them - it's the kind of thing that makes my job so joyful and worthwhile.

Right before their ceremony, a couple of things happened. First, the bride and groom stood back to back, without seeing each other, as their closest family members surrounded them and covered them in prayer.
