Amarillo Commercial Photographer | Kith & Kin

I'm suuuuuuper excited to show you this set of photos because it's been a long time coming! Peter of Kith & Kin in Amarillo, Texas contacted me last May (I think) about taking photos of his beautiful furniture. You might remember a couple of months ago when I blogged about these handmade bags. Well, they are made by Peter's wife, Sarah. They call themselves a "Family of Makers," and that they are! The day finally arrived in November that I could go to Peter's shop and photograph a couple of his handmade, one of a kind pieces.

The first piece (or three pieces, actually) is a gigantic wardrobe that was custom made for an apartment in New York City. Peter never lets a detail go unnoticed and what I particularly love about his work is the modern, yet vintage feel. The owner of this piece is one lucky girl. The next piece is a low-lying credenza with a patchwork of walnut and steel on the top and outer edges.

By the way, the lattice chair in the photos is by Eric Trine
