Clarendon, Texas Family Session | The Robertson's

I fell in love with this family during the hour and a half that I spent with them. They invited me to their home outside of Clarendon, Texas to take family photos on their vast property and inside their home, which was decked out with Christmas decorations.

While the boys were still getting ready, little girl Elliott played with Christmas ornaments, read The Night Before Christmas, and ate (a few) chocolate chip cookies. It was pretty amazing to document her first Christmas. Soon, Henry came out and helped his dad put a log in the fire.

Then, we ventured outside into the Golden Hour sunlight and rode their Polaris around their property until we found some great picture-taking spots. As a photographer, I notice unusual things like grass colors and textures and let me tell you, the Robertson's land had about 15 different types of grass. It literally felt like an outdoor photography studio.

So we rode around from spot to spot, capturing the textures, colors, lights, and giggles of a young family <3
